Welcome to the 2024 Solution Partner Program year!
Start off strong in the new program year.
The 2024 program year kicked off on March 1, and it’s the first time since before the pandemic that we are enforcing our program requirements. Partners will be listed at the appropriate partner level based on their 2023 performance.
We understand that this is a change, so we’re committed to supporting you as you work through your partner level requirements in 2024, which remain largely unchanged from 2023.
We’re also excited to showcase those of you that made the tremendous effort required to maintain your current partner level or even move up levels within the program. We look forward to the continued success of our partnership!
In addition, we listened to your feedback and have prioritized improving partner enablement in 2024. Some of the improvements that we’ve already made include:
- Increasing certification vouchers for Silver and above levels. Silver partners now receive 15 vouchers, Gold partners receive 30, and Platinum partners receive 45. Vouchers will be sent out to Primary Contacts soon.
- New and refreshed training. We are working to refresh sales training, new foundational training, and new certification learning journeys. Keep a lookout for these updates!
- Sandbox access for Bronze partners. Bronze partners now get access to one sandbox without restrictions. Additional sandboxes can be provisioned if training is completed or the partner has certified individuals on staff. Explore sandbox options for all partner levels here.
- Adobe Enablement Node benefit. Powered by TIDWIT, Adobe Enablement Node is available to all Gold and Platinum partners. This new benefit allows our partners to consume Adobe enablement material in a centralized space, Adobe Enablement Node, instead of having to go to multiple places within the Solution Partner Portal.
While for the 2023 program year, we made several updates to partner level requirements, in 2024 the program requirement changes we’ve made actually make it easier to maintain your current level or even move up a level. For example, we’ve reduced the certification minimums in APAC, LATAM, and Japan. Silver partners now only need 10 active certifications and Gold partners only needing 25 in these regions. Additionally, we are now counting Adobe Document Cloud certifications towards meeting your certification requirement in all regions.
