The All-New Partner Directory

New features help generate leads, showcase expertise, and highlight customer success

The Partner Finder has been upgraded with new features, functionality, and a new name: The Partner Directory. This upgrade allows partners to showcase information potential customers will use to identify the right partner for their needs.

Create a new listing or Update Your New Fields

There is a new form to create a partner directory listing or edit your existing listing to capture the additional information displayed in the new Partner Directory. Much of your existing Partner Finder information was ported directly over to the new Partner Directory listing. In other words, you will not need to start from scratch to update your Partner Directory listing. However, you should update the new fields that are further described below, including your new:

  • Customizable logo and background page
  • Expanded About section
  • Primary Contact
  • Locations page that shows multiple office locations
  • Links to assets such as videos, customer success stories, and more

To Create or Update a listing please follow these steps: 

(Note: You need to be a Primary Contact to create or update a Partner Directory Listing.)

  1. Click on your profile icon (upper right corner after signing into the Portal)
  2. Click on “Manage Profile.”
  3. Go to the “Partner Directory Listing” tab
  4. From here you can create a new listing or edit your existing listing. You can save the form and come back to complete it. You can also preview what your directory will look like before submitting the form.

The new Partner Directory launched on May 25th. Below is a brief overview of some of the new and updated elements of the Partner Directory.

Showcase Expertise

A key element of the Partner Directory includes information regarding a partner’s earned Adobe Specializations as well as the number of Adobe certified and accredited individuals the partner employs. Total number of credentials will also be displayed. This information is automatically pulled from Adobe’s records.

Additionally, if you have any Accredited Partner Solutions as part of the Adobe Amplify program, these will also be displayed.

Display Order, Search, & Filters

The Partner Directory uses the following algorithm to display results: 1) Number of Adobe Specializations 2) Number of certified employees 3) partner level, 4) alphabetical.

The addition of new filters allows potential customers to sort by:

  • Geographies served: now at a country level
  • Adobe application expertise: as determined by the accreditations and certifications of your employees
  • Accredited Solutions: as part of the Adobe Amplify program
  • Industries: your industry expertise
  • Partner Level
  • Company Size

Advanced About Section

Your Partner Directory listing now includes the services you offer, your office locations (including the ability to designate which location is your headquarters), as well as additional resources you want a potential customer to view. These additional resources can include links to assets such as videos, white papers, datasheets or customer success stories. Adobe will not host these assets, so you will need to provide publicly available links (such as a YouTube or Vimeo link for a video).

Capturing Leads

A new contact form within your Partner Directory listing allows you to capture potential leads generated by your listing. Leads will appear directly in the Sales Center where, upon qualification, you can convert them into opportunities.

Customizable Directory Appearance

You can upload your company logo, which is recommended to have a transparent background. You can also provide a background banner image and change a color bar to match your logo background.

Please update your new Partner Directory listing as soon as possible, in order to take advantage of these new features, and make sure your company is represented the way you would like to customers. You can modify your Partner Director listing at any time.
