Adobe Experience Manager Named a Leader by Forrester

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is named a market leader in Forrester’s Web Content Management Systems.

Adobe is highlighted as a clear leader in the Forrester Wave, Web Content Management Systems research report for Q4 in 2018. In the report, Forrester compared 15 content management systems (CMS) and assessed each solution based on three criteria: current offerings, strategy, and market presence.

Adobe has been placed in the upper right quadrant for “Stronger strategy” and “Stronger current offerings” to illustrate our elevated market position and our significant market presence. This is the 5th consecutive time (beginning in 2011) that Adobe has been named a leader in this report.

According to Forrester, leading CMS solutions combine improved content analytics, APIs, and cross-channel delivery to replace outdated content management technology. Standout AEM features include “Experience Fragments”, embedded content analytics capabilities, and contextualization through Live Copy—all which illustrate the flexible and simplified content architecture of Adobe Experience Manager.

“AEM Sites remains a top choice for enterprise marketing buyers demanding sophisticated tools, but increasingly, Adobe is also a good fit for experience-led midmarket organization of all industries, even government, given its well-rounded compliance certifications,” the report stated.
