Introducing Adobe Architecture and Launch Services

New Architecture and Launch Services Required for Key Experience Cloud Deployments

Based on feedback from customers and our Partner community, we are implementing a required set of services to address the growing intricacies of complex Digital Marketing deployments to ensure our customers receive the appropriate level of help for their business success. 

Adobe’s Architecture and Launch Services will be sold to all net-new customers who purchase Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, as well as ALL multi-solution implementations. These service packages are mandatory for all such deployments, whether led by Adobe, Partners or customers. At this time, these required services apply to engagements in North America only.

Effective May 1, Architecture and Launch Services will be automatically added to the following:

  • All multi-solution transactions over $100K Annual Sales Value (ASV)
  • Adobe Audience Manager transactions over $150K ASV
  • Adobe Experience Manager transactions over $500K ASV

Architecture and Launch Services are built on Adobe’s expert insights plus strategic best practices, thorough technical architecture mapping, and a systematic go-live process to increase the likelihood of a delivery roadmap that is efficient, on-time, and predictable. 


There will be two Webinars on Architecture and Launch Services this month:

  • Monday, April 17th at 8:00 a.m. PDT
  • Thursday, April 27th at 8:00 a.m. PDT
