Adobe & Microsoft Partnership Update

In September of 2016, Adobe and Microsoft announced a strategic partnership to help businesses transform customer engagement. While many exciting developments are still underway, the first tangible results of this partnership are here.

Our initial work has been focused on connecting sales and marketing interactions. Today’s consumer expects enterprises to know about all the interactions she has had with them. But with different solutions handling different parts of her journey, this can be challenging. We are addressing this challenge through a connection between Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
