New Enablement Resources to Simplify the Onboarding Process
Learn about the new Adobe Workfront onboarding checklists designed to accelerate and streamline the path to certification.
The Adobe Workfront onboarding checklists are a new set of resources designed to simplify and accelerate a consultant’s ramp up experience. The checklists, one for each of the six Adobe Workfront certifications, walk the user through each step of the process, linking them directly to information and resources such as registering on the Solution Partner Portal and finding training and exam information.
The checklists resulted from our collaborating with partners to understand the challenges they experienced onboarding new consultants. A common theme identified was that learners had difficulty navigating the overwhelming amount of information spread across multiple sites. The checklists simplify this experience, helping consultants jumpstart their certification journey and reduce the time spent getting certified.
We piloted the program with a partner in August, and we are pleased to share that the results were overwhelmingly positive. After surveying participants both before and after the pilot, we saw:
- A 60% increase in confidence in knowing where to find the materials needed for certification and training.
- A decrease in the time needed to get certified, with 80% taking 4 - 6 weeks to learn about Workfront and earn their certification.
- 100% of participants would recommend the checklists to other consultants and plan to use them in the future as they achieve additional certifications.
The onboarding checklists are available to download for individual use, or they can be easily integrated into a partner’s learning management system (LMS) or existing onboarding program.
