Innovation and adapting to change go hand-in-hand. Often at the center of business breakthroughs, they can be challenging for any company to handle. Fortunately, the right support can enable change to bring about amazing advancements. 

Accenture, a Platinum Adobe Solution Partner, encourages innovation and change throughout the company, with Adobe solutions at the forefront. Accenture champions this goal from the very top. Its mission, "Let there be change," sits front and center on its homepage, clearly demonstrating a commitment to a successful future. 

To ensure employees are equipped to embrace change and cultivate client growth, the company implemented several continuous education programs.

Fostering employee and career growth

Skill development and certifications are foundational to Accenture's approach to learning. Accenture partners with Adobe experts to run events to facilitate employee growth. At these events, employees can explore and develop knowledge of new Adobe technologies and participate in immersive experiences with the suite of Adobe products through hands-on technical labs.

For those employees who have not yet started their Adobe learning journey, the events include 101-level classes to introduce concepts and create a foundation for future growth. Once started on this path, employees can align their careers to Adobe certifications and gain knowledge on the necessary solutions.

The events also include boot camps and workshops led by Adobe experts to provide firsthand experience to help them develop and grow their skills. Following these events, employees are better equipped to support clients and drive innovation inside and outside the company.

Achieving more together

In addition to the events, Accenture created an internal program, the Rock-It Global Certification Campaign. The campaign fosters a friendly but competitive atmosphere within the company to encourage continuous education and help employees across regions develop proficiency in Adobe solutions through preparing for and earning certifications.

The campaign incentivizes employee participation and activity by rewarding them with “Kudos” points for passing certification exams. These points can be used in the Accenture store for various products. In addition, employees can request vouchers to take certification exams for free, providing an accessible pathway to earning a certification.

On top of this, Accenture actively engaged in the Adobe Certification team’s certification “Restart Program,” which allowed people with recently expired certifications to renew their certifications at no cost. Through this program, 136 Accenture employees renewed certifications. 

Paving the way for change

Accenture’s continuous learning programs have been a resounding success. Within the APAC region, Accenture employees now have more than 3,700 active Adobe certifications and sales accreditations. Globally, Accenture employees have surpassed 11,000 certifications and accreditations.

And this is only the beginning. To continue to embrace change and cultivate innovation, Accenture is adding more program elements and increasing its engagement with Adobe. The company next aims to have each employee earn two new Adobe certifications.

Armed with the latest skills, employees can help clients take full advantage of Adobe solutions while ensuring that Accenture continues to foster innovation, deliver the best client experience, and drive growth for employees and clients.
