The new Adobe Certification Portal has launched! We’re excited for you to explore the new home of the Adobe Digital Experience Certification Program. With new technical training, a community, and an interactive dashboard to track your activities and achievements, the Portal has more to offer than ever before.

Stay tuned for our upcoming launch promotion. This promotion will apply to Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Marketo Engage. All you will need to do is take a practice test or a course pertaining to one of these applications and receive a free certification exam voucher. FAQ
What happens to my certification activity history?
- All of your certifications and certification history have been migrated to the new portal.
- Exam score reports are available going back to January 1, 2021.
- All of your unused vouchers have been transferred to the new portal.
- Your Credly badge will remain available in Credly until its expiration date. You will also be able to view and share your badge from the Adobe Certification Portal in My Account > Achievements.
How do I schedule an exam?
- Look up your exam in the Certification Catalog and click on the Learn more button.
- On the exam information page, go to the Schedule or take exam tab.
- Open the Schedule and pay for exam accordion. If you do not have a voucher already, you will be prompted to purchase one.
- Under Schedule exam, click on the exam name link.
- Click on the Schedule exam button to choose your exam appointment date and time. You may also request accommodations at this time.
How do I purchase a voucher?
If you are an individual and wish to pay for one exam at the time of scheduling, you will be prompted to purchase a voucher on the scheduling page. The voucher will then automatically be applied to your account as exam payment.
If you would like to pay for a voucher ahead of time, would like to purchase vouchers in bulk, or are an admin purchasing vouchers for your company:
- Go to the Adobe Certification Voucher Center.
- Under the Purchase vouchers tab, you will see all the voucher types available for purchase.
- Add the desired voucher(s) to your cart and complete the payment process.
