New Adobe Certification Portal coming soon

We are launching a new Adobe Certification Portal in just a few weeks! Whether you’re interested in improving your job skills or getting certified, this new portal offers easy navigation to courses, certification exam preparation, exam scheduling, and badging. As you learn and gain expertise, you can also join discussions in the new Community Forum. The new Certification Portal offers a one-stop-shop for everything you need to advance your career.

Important exam scheduling information

Due to the migration of user data to the new platform, we have enacted temporary scheduling limitations for certification exams.

  • Now through October 21: Users will not be able to schedule or reschedule exams beyond October 13.
  • October 22: Normal scheduling resumes on the new Adobe Certification Portal.

What does the new platform offer?

  • Courses: Find the technical training that’s right for you by browsing our catalog of courses. We launch new courses regularly.

  • Certification redesign: Everything you need for learning new skills and getting certified is in one easy-to-navigate location. Exam details, study materials (including courses), scheduling, and renewals can all be accessed from a single place. Browse and filter certification offerings in a new catalog.

  • Community: Course-related communities allow you to ask questions of peer experts as you learn. Once you’re certified, you can participate in special projects, including exam creation, as a Subject Matter Expert.

  • Dashboard: Use the customizable dashboard to track your activity, take exams, view your score report, and share your achievements.

  • Vouchers: The new Adobe Voucher Center makes buying, assigning, and applying vouchers easier for admins, employees, and customers.

What’s not changing?

  • All of your certifications and certification history will be migrated to the new portal.

  • Exam score reports will be available going back to January 1, 2021.

  • All of your unused vouchers will be transferred to the new portal.

  • Your Credly badge will remain available in Credly until its expiration date. You will also be able to view and share your badge from the Adobe Certification Portal in My Account/Achievements.  

  • Adobe Partner benefits, as described on the Solution Partner Portal, will remain unchanged.
