Adobe Experience Manager Product Updates

Dynamic Media Security and Maintenance Updates

  • Dynamic Media security update: Beginning April 30th 2024, Dynamic Media will no longer support TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 protocols, or the shared list of TLS 1.2 ciphers.

  • Dynamic Media Maintenance update schedule—Adobe will update its infrastructure to support new capabilities for Dynamic Media, including Classic and Hybrid, by regions according to this schedule.

The update will reduce uploading and processing performance for new assets. Back-office operations will be down for Dynamic Media following this schedule, but asset delivery will remain online. Here is a cheat sheet and regional maintenance schedule for the year.

Cloud Foundation

  • AEM Cloud Service 99.99% SLA is now in General Availability. The new SLA delivers the highest impact experiences with reduced latency, increased availability, and faster incident support.
