New Adobe Document Cloud Certification

The Adobe Acrobat Sign accreditation is being replaced with a new certification — that means you can now become certified as an Adobe Document Cloud Business Practitioner Professional.  

This new exam takes a broad approach to understanding the Adobe Document Cloud platform and its features. If you’re in a solution consultant, business analyst, or sales role, this certification may be a good fit for you.  

Before taking this exam, we recommend you ensure your skills include the ability to:  

  • Conduct basic use case discovery  
  • Define high-level technical use cases  
  • Provide high-level end-user-focused demonstrations  
  • Know how to ask qualifying questions to identify opportunities  
  • Talk about the Acrobat Services API and its capabilities  
  • Identify key areas of process improvement and solution fit  
  • Map business process gaps with the appropriate Document Cloud offering  
  • Talk through process change to add more value  
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams and clients  
  • Define and present high-level proof of concepts (POCs) and point of views (POVs)  
  • Articulate and show Document Cloud solutions at a high level
