Adobe Workfront 2023 Packaging and User Types 

Learn about the new Workfront packaging and user types rolling out early 2023.

To align Workfront more closely with other digital experience selling motions and simplify our structure while delivering more value to customers, Adobe is improving and enhancing Workfront’s packaging and user types.

The Workfront product team gathered feedback from numerous internal stakeholders, research vendors, and customers to develop a framework that highlights the value of our product, addresses known concerns and future roadmap, and facilitates a more intuitive purchasing experience for customers. The new plan will make Workfront’s offerings easier to understand, sell, and buy while giving customers value at each level and the ability to easily transition between packages.

Some benefits of the new model include:

  • New premium offerings
  • Simplified framework for ease of purchasing Workfront standalone and for cross-sell
  • Add-ons that scale with customer size and complexity
  • Normalized pricing and added value within packages
  • A new Light user type with added features at a lower price point

The launch date for the new SKUs will be the end of January 2023, with the goal of transitioning all existing customers at the time of contract renewal. A ramp-up period will be implemented that will allow renewal on the legacy SKUs for a period through 2023.
