The Adobe Workfront Campaigns Beta – Get Involved!

Be the first to find out how Workfront Campaigns will offer a better way to manage work.

The Campaigns area of Adobe Workfront for public beta is now open as part of our 22.3 release. As a new object in Workfront, a campaign enables users to organize projects from different portfolios and programs in a new work container. This container will evolve to eventually include all work objects that users are currently managing in separate silos.

For example, users can capture the work necessary to complete a marketing campaign called “Summer campaign” that includes various projects across the organization. Each project might cover a limited scope — for example, a social media project, a product readiness project, a stream advertising project — but all of them are ultimately responsible for delivering the larger initiative of completing the Summer campaign. Associating all projects with the one campaign allows you to manage everything in one place.

The Campaigns beta is available to all partners and customers and is available in the Layout Templates. Any system or group administrator can add it in the Set Main Menu area of the layout template for other users. Once added, all users assigned to the layout template will be able to see the Campaigns area in their Main Menu and will be able to create campaigns.

Currently, the Campaigns area is accessible only in the Preview environment and is in the beta phase. The official dates for the Production beta release and final launch are to be determined.
