Experience Manager Assets Essentials:

  • Asset Expiration reduces assets’ digital rights compliance risks by allowing administrators to set expiration dates for their use.
  • Asset Status helps teams govern digital asset consumption by setting an Asset Status field to “Approved” or “Rejected.”
  • Configurable Search Filters extends asset discoverability by allowing search filter configuration based on metadata properties.
  • Collections supports organization of assets into collections for bulk management and sharing with internal and external users.

Experience Manager Forms:

  • Local SDK Support for Assembler Service improves developer efficiency by allowing them to test end-to-end communications and PDF assembly in their local environments. Available now in Cloud Service environments.
  • Experience Manager Forms: Translation and Document-of-Record Enhancements reduces work to identify elements which need incremental translation and thus improves translation accuracy in Documents of Record. Available now in AEM 6.5 Managed Services and on-prem, and coming soon in Cloud Service environments.

Omnichannel Delivery features help brands engage with customers quickly, at any touchpoint, through flexible API-first experiences:

  • Experience Manager Sites: Publish Experience Fragments to Preview gives teams a URL so they can preview Experience Fragments before publication. Available in Cloud Service environments.
  • Experience Manager Screens: Bulk Channel Assignment improves efficiency by allowing authors to select multiple channels and assign them to multiple displays in a single operation. Available in Cloud Service environments.
  • Experience Manager Sites Content & Commerce: CIF Enhancements accelerate time to market for shoppable experiences:
  • Quick access to Product Cockpit—One-click access to detailed product information in Sites Editor for more efficient merchandising. Available in Cloud Service and Managed Services environments.
  • Components support for Add to Cart and Add to Wishlist—Allows any product marketing component show cart and wishlist calls to action for more effective merchandising. Available in Cloud Service and Managed Services environments.
  • Commerce Demo 2.0 Add-On [for internal preview only]: Commerce capabilities and components to be added to the external demo 2.0 add-on once internal preview is complete. Available in Cloud Service only.
