Practice leads play an important role in the Solution Partner Program. To make the tough work of managing a practice a little easier and keep your team running smoothly, we’ve created Portal resources. This comprehensive guide to the Solution Partner Program pulls together those resources, many of which explain how to use features or benefits available to your practice.

If you are a new member who leads a team, we recommend getting up to speed with the program by reviewing the resources in this guide—they’re key to your role and your team’s success.

Get familiar with practice management tools

Train your teams on the path to certification and sales accreditation

  • Get your team members certified. It takes time, training, and on-the job experience to successfully pass a certification exam. Learn about Adobe’s three certification levels, exam guides, practice tests, and discounts to help your team know where to start.

    If team members earned certifications while at another company, they can move their certifications and profiles under your practice to help it qualify for Adobe Specialization.
  • Bookmark the Credential Journeys page. Here, you’ll find every credential for every Adobe application in one place—from sales accreditation to master certification, see what’s available. 
  • Understand the training tools available to your team. Learn how to qualify for Adobe sandboxes and downloads and encourage your technical sales team to try out demo tools.

Understand the sales process, from leads and upselling, to getting a timely payout

  • Get to know deal registration. Make sure your team knows how to manage opportunities and use the Sales Center to track all deals. Email SPP Help if you need access.
  • Explore marketing and sales resources. Acquaint your salespeople with Sales Plays and have them be strategic about cross-selling and adding valued services. Show your customers how your practice can help them grow into other Adobe solutions.

Create or update your Adobe Partner Directory profile

The Adobe Solution Partner Directory is our searchable public database and a top destination for customers researching Adobe Partners. If your company is Bronze level or above partner, generate leads and build pipeline for your company by creating a company profile in our Partner Directory.

Understand the added benefits for Specialized or Amplify practices

If your company qualifies as a Specialized or Amplify practice, it receives additional benefits for belonging to either of these programs. For example, your company profile will be ranked higher in the Adobe Partner Directory.

  • Specialization is a designation that your company has a past track record of success and a certain number of Adobe certified individuals on staff. Specialized partners can also use Adobe product names in Google AdWords.
  • Amplify partners have collaborated with Adobe on packaging an existing solution into a repeatable, sellable offering. Amplify can help you create future pipeline from past success.
