New Services Opportunities Around Dynamic Chat,  a New Capability of Adobe Marketo Engage

Dynamic Chat is now live and will be available to all Marketo Engage customers at no added cost! This is an opportunity for partners to include or create new services to help Marketo Engage customers implement Dynamic Chat

With the growing importance of chatbots in marketing strategy, to fully leverage the potential of chatbots, it is crucial to have an integrated B2B chat solution that is built for marketing and sales use cases.

Dynamic Chat is a new chatbot solution that will enable marketers to design unique personalized conversations for every web visitor.

Since Dynamic Chat is a completely new addition to Marketo Engage capabilities, we have designed this program to enable a few interested partners with setup and best practices of Dynamic Chat. The Dynamic Chat Partner Lighthouse Program is a fantastic opportunity for partners to connect with the product team directly.

What is the goal of this program?

Our goal is to work closely with partners and enable them to provide their Dynamic Chat expert services to Marketo customers.

  • We have seen a lot of interest in Dynamic Chat from our customers, but many need help developing a chat strategy tailored for their business
  • While the Dynamic Chat application is easy to use, there is an opportunity to help customers design highly engaging conversations that generate higher conversion
  • Dynamic Chat will be provided to all Marketo customers and by creating low ticket starter packs, partners can serve more customers
  • With Dynamic Chat as a new marketing channel, adding Dynamic chat to cross-channel marketing strategies can drive improved experiences and conversion
