Attention Sales Teams! New Packaging for Adobe Real-Time CDP
Changes help simplify and streamline go-to-market
We are introducing several packaging changes that streamline our go-to-market. These changes make it easier for you to sell to customers, position against competitors, and win big as you enter the new fiscal year. You can learn more by attending the webinar on February 10th at 8:00 am Pacific.
Introducing Real-Time CDP Prime and Ultimate
To date, Adobe Experience Platform Activation has existed as a superset of Real-Time CDP capabilities, adding features and function to a broader set of personas than Real-Time CDP. To make our portfolio of CDP offerings that much clearer, we will now only use the brand name Real-Time CDP for all these offerings: Real-Time CDP Prime is our base tier, with Real-Time CDP Ultimate serving as the premium offering.
These two packages, as before, will each be available in three editions: B2C (Business to Consumer), B2B (Business to Business), and B2P (Business to Person, a hybrid of B2B and B2C). The offering simplification and streamlined branding allow us to differentiate our offerings in the market and position more clearly to our customers.
Adobe Experience Platform Collection Enterprise is now Real-Time CDP Connections
Tag management and event forwarding capabilities are essential to finding value with a CDP; customers expect these table stakes offerings alongside a CDP investment. To clearly articulate how these features are integrated into Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Platform Collection Enterprise will now be a sub-brand within the Real-Time CDP portfolio named Real-Time CDP Connections. The new branding more clearly demonstrates the breadth of our offering in the CDP space and allows us to more effectively position against point solutions.. It is important to note that Real-Time CDP Connections is available as a stand alone application within Digital Experience.
These packaging changes reflect our FY22 strategy to focus on selling our applications built on Adobe Experience Platform’s comprehensive shared services and powerful Customer Profile. In addition, this new branding helps to clearly articulate how Real-Time CDP and Real-Time CDP Connections provide value within the larger context of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
