Many of you have used an Adobe Partner solution consultant to run a demo and explain Adobe solutions to help close or expand a deal. However, you’ve told us that you can’t always wait for a consultant to help move a deal forward. Because of your feedback we are introducing a new program to train your people as Adobe Technical Selling Professionals. You can now have your own internal Adobe solution consultants.
Upon completion of these training courses and passing a live demo evaluation, an individual will earn an Adobe Technical Sales Professional badge in the appropriate Adobe solution. The graphic below outlines the Technical Sales Professional Learner Journey:
A successful candidate will complete the Selling and Business Practitioner training courses available on demand, accessible on the Solution Partner portal. Demo 101 and Demo 201 trainings are currently under development and will be available soon. The first batch of Demo 201 trainings will be held as live events with on demand availability following shortly thereafter.
Adobe Technical Selling Professional training and badges will initially be available for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Campaign. More solutions will become available in the coming months, including multi-solution training.

The Potential Impact of your Adobe Technical Selling Professionals
We anticipate having Adobe Technical Selling Professionals on staff will positively impact your bottom line in three ways:
- Closing deals faster. You don’t have to wait for the availability of an Adobe Partner Solution Consultant to help accelerate/close a deal. Involve your in-house Adobe Technical Sales Professional to run a demo and explain the value of Adobe solutions in greater depth.
- Closing bigger deals. Your Adobe Technical Sales Professional can run a demo that shows how Adobe solutions work together to solve business challenges. Multi-solution deals often result in larger services contracts for your organization.
- Closing more deals. Partners with Technical Sales Professionals on staff can leverage their expertise to help increase close rates.
