Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Program Information
Who can join the Partner Program?

The Partner Program is for interactive agencies, systems integrators, and independent software vendors who build customer experience solutions using the Adobe Digital Marketing Products, which include LiveCycle, Omniture, and CQ products.

What is the fee to join?

There is no fee to join the Partner Program. However, partners at the Community level (entry level) will need to purchase a subscription to the Adobe Enterprise Developer Program (AEDP) for access to software and support. Software and support is not included as a benefit at the Community level.

Will my membership expire?

Once accepted into the Partner Program, your membership will not expire as long as your company continues to meet the requirements for your level of partnership. Partnerships are reviewed annually, and if there is reason to believe your company did not meet the requirements of the program in the previous year, the program team will reach out to the primary contact person to determine how to proceed.

As a partner at any level, what are my commitments and benefits to being part of your program?

Please visit our "Partner Levels" page for more information on the commitments and benefits of our program.

How can I move from a Community level to a Business level partnership?

Please contact your Adobe Partner Sales Manager. If you do not know who your Adobe Sales Manager is, please contact our help desk at spphelp@adobe.com.

My company develops solutions using Adobe desktop products. Can we join the Solution Partner Program?

The Solution Partner Program does not support developers creating solutions using Adobe desktop products.  If you have inquiries about Adobe desktop products, please send your questions to techpart@adobe.com.

I’d like to join the Solution Partner Program at the Community level but noticed that free enterprise software is not offered. Where can I obtain free Adobe enterprise software?

Adobe does not offer free enterprise software. You have two options: subscribe to the Adobe Enterprise Developer Program; or use free trial software from Adobe’s Developer Center. CQ software is not available as a free trial.

How can I receive development software?

Enterprise development software is available through the Adobe Enterprise Developer Program. Business Partners and above are eligible for complimentary subscriptions to the AEDP as a benefit of the Solution Partner Program.

How can I receive technical development support?

If you have an Adobe Developer Program subscription, please visit the site for more information. If you don't have a subscription, please call 1 800.833.6687

The good news is that our registration process has single-sign-on enabled so you can register using your Adobe ID.  The bad news is that although you can use any email address to register for an Adobe ID, our process is a little more stringent.

Unfortunately, we can only process applications for individual users with authentic first and last names, and a corporate email address (not shared inboxes, email distribution lists or personal emails).

Please see the next FAQ for instructions on how to switch the email address associated with your Adobe ID -> to your corporate email address.

Once you have made this switch, you can use use your NEW corporate email address to register by clicking on the Join Program link in the header.
